UPDATING YOUR DETAILS

I have moved house. How do I update my address details?

You can update your name or address information by calling our helpdesk on Freephone 0800 833 829 or emailing them on consumer.panel@gfk.co.uk

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Remember your username is your email address.  Please click on the forgotten my password link on the login page and enter your email address into the username field. Click the button and we will email you your password.
